Before the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim begin their 2015
season, there are several events taking place at the stadium you won’t want to
miss. Upcoming Angel Stadium events include the super charged Monster Jam and
Supercross competitions.
AMA Supercross
AMA Supercross is all about motorcycles. Each year, the season kicks off in Anaheim with three events in January at the Angels Stadium. This year’s events will be held Jan. 3, 17 and 31.
The term Supercross combines the concepts of the Superbowl and Motocross and draws elite riders from around the world. The AMA Supercross racing series takes place on a man-made course constructed in stadiums across North America, however the racing events were inspired by events held for years in the rural countryside.
